Military Flashlight from Sweden
This is a 1980s german army field poncho in very good condition.  Not sure of size but I wear an XLG and it fits me fine.  It has a camo pattern, flectar I think it's called.  This design does not have sleeves or a hood but does snap together just like a us army poncho.  There are several straps also.  It's rubberized on the inside and (according to what I've read) can be machine washable.  I doubt you will find one of these easily outside of Europe.  Buyer pays shipping (its is fairly light) from 74006.
