more than welcome to pick up at shop in butler pa & save shipping. Beautiful double sided piece of surveying equipment. Please ask any additional questions this was part of the state I do not have a lot of information on this piece it does seem to be functioning
Pressure tested with seal bags and air pressure you will see where the dial was and then the pressure upon the dial it does seem to be functioning properly the compass side is definitely moving for me and I believe it is accurate also
