Description

This is a highly accurate resistance measurement bridge.  It is in good used condition.  I have not tested it and am quite sure it will need at least a battery replacement to return it to prime operating condition.

When an item says "as is" . . . . Some
of the used items I sell are quite old. I sell them with an honest description of how they worked for me. I cannot be sure that despite the best packing I can provide that they will still be working when you get them.
There is something you should bear in mind when you buy vintage or antique items:
despite the seller's best efforts, old things can and sometimes do fail to operate properly after being shipped. This is the kind of failure that I really cannot guarantee against. Anything that is described as "as is" in an auction of mine is a final sale, unless the description of the item was not accurate. If there is no mention of a specific warranty in a description, the item is being sold as is.

I do try to ship promptly (check my feedback) but there are times when an item, especially one that requires extra packing attention or is large or oddly shaped, may take up to 15 business days for me to get shipped out. This is an original antique 1910 technical bulletin type catalog illustrating how electrical heated matrix driers were used in the printing industry issued by the Westinghouse Electric and Manufacturing Company of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  This bulletin is 8 pages measuring about 7” x 10”.  The front cover indicates Circular No. 1176 and is dated January 1910.   The front cover is titled:
Electrically Heated Matrix Driers
This bulletin is illustrated with several halftones and has detailed information on how Westinghouse Electric and Manufacturing Company Electrically Heated Matrix Driers were used in printing industry including at the Government Printing Office in Washington and the Louisville Courier Journal and Brooklyn Daily Eagle newspapers.
This catalog is an original antique issued by Westinghouse in 1910.  The catalog has two small holes for a ring binder punched neatly in the left margin.  Overall condition is very good with just some modest wear and toning to the paper.  Email any questions.  Thanks for looking.
