Vintage Antique Weston D.C. Milliammeter Model 1 with Box and Key Voltmeter

WESTON D.C. MILLIAMMETER (VOLTMETER?), MODEL 1, WOOD BOX AND KEY.  NOT SURE OF THE YEAR, ITEM SPECIFICS PRE-FILLED "PRE-1930".
METER LOOKS IN REAL NICE CLEAN CONDITION, I DID NOT TEST THIS (mostly because I don't know how to use it).
BOX HAS SCRATCHES ON THE TOP AND BACK, SEE PICS.
THIS IS A HEAVY PIECE. All items are in used condition with flaws and imperfections of all types.
