I classify the item as New since I have never worn the pin.
I am a non-smoker and this item comes from a smoke-free home.

Free USPS Retail Ground shipping is for the 48 continental United States. Depending upon size/weight of package, I may decide to ship the item UPS Ground. I may ship outside of this area but there will be a shipping charge. I reserve the right not to ship to certain countries due to lost shipments and difficulty delivering packages. I will ship within 3 days from receipt of payment. However, Saturday is the best shipping day for me due to work schedule. Shipping during the week is hit-and-miss with the USPS deliveries. Since I make purchases online I strive to ship the package sooner rather than later.
