Testing of Items
:  Some items are listed as “untested.”  These are items that we do not have the ability to test at the time of listing (i.e. don’t have other parts needed to test it, don’t have correct power supply, etc.) and may also include items that we just want to sell for parts and/or repair.  This will be noted in the item description.  If items are listed as is / as found / for parts / for repair, then they are exactly that.  They carry no guarantee of being in working condition.
Shelf Wear on Original Packaging
:  When an item is listed in its original box and is described as showing shelf wear, we are referring to light rubbing (and possible color missing due to the rubbing) and usually corners slightly dinged.  See photos for a more accurate representation of the item.
Cleanliness of Items
:  We find a lot of items in attics, garages, barns, etc.  Usually we do an initial wipe down of the item.  Items may need further cleaning upon receipt in the mail.  Some items may have a slight odor due to be being boxed up for such a long time.  Physical damage to items will be described in the auction listing. If you have any questions, ask BEFORE you purchase or bid on the item.
Want item but not original box or packaging
:  If an item comes with an original box, and you have no desire for the box itself, win the auction and let us know before paying.  We can then invoice you for just the item and shipping costs may be cheaper due to the size of the box.  If you have any questions, please ask prior to bidding.
PAYMENT:
Timeliness:
Payment is expected within 48 hours after winning the auction.  If you do not intend to pay in a timely manner, please do not bid.  If payment is not received within 96 hours of the auction ending, according to eBay policy, we will cancel the order without notification and an unpaid item mark automatically goes on your record.
SHIPPING POLICY:
General Information
:  We put a two-day handling time on auctions, but most are mailed out the morning after payment unless the next day falls on a Saturday or Sunday.  If shipping price seems high, please check under the shipping tab to see if there are other options provided as the listing will only show the shipping price for the primary method chosen.  Buyer can choose shipping method from those provided under the shipping tab when buyer checks out to pay.  Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to ship via an alternate shipping method than chosen by the buyer at no additional cost to the buyer (this could be for insurance purposes, etc.)
Combined Shipping for Buyers In the United States
:  We will combine shipping on our listings.  There are very few exceptions (i.e. if the item is unusually large).  We will note in the item description “No combined shipping with this item.”  For combined shipping, use the ADD TO CART button for your items.  Once items are in your cart, go to your shopping cart and use the REQUEST TOTAL FROM SELLER button located at the top right of the first item in your cart.  We will then send you an invoice to pay for the items with the combined shipping rate included.  If this button is not available or working, then the item requires immediate payment to purchase it. Please contact us.
Combined Shipping for Buyers Outside the United States
:  We only ship using the Global Shipping Program.  Currently, the Global Shipping Program does not give sellers the ability to send an invoice for more than on item.  We do not ship direct to destinations outside of the United States.
Broken Items Received in the Mail
:  If you receive a broken item in the mail, please send an email and attach photos of not only the item but the condition of the box as well.  We will refund you and file a claim with the post office.  Buyer is required to hold the broken item until the claim is received (usually a week or so) in case the Post Office has any questions.  Buyer’s address and contact information is submitted to the Post Office as this is a requirement of the claim.  If you initiate a refund with eBay for a broken item in the mail, it will take longer for you to get your refund.  Using email is the fastest and most efficient way to get refunded.  We usually refund within 2 days of receiving the email.

Payment
Most items ship the day after payment is received, or in some cases, same day shipping.  We primarily ship through USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail depending on the item and sale price. Some items will be shipped via FedEx due to cost savings. All items sent overseas by USPS Priority Mail will have full insurance on the item. I strive to find you the lowest and fastest possible shipping that fit your budget.
Payment needs to be made within 5 days of auctions ending. If you are bidding on other items that have not closed yet, we're willing to work with you. We generally wait 5-7 days before taking any sort of action, such as canceling the sale and re-listing. We know things come up and life gets in the way of sometimes paying for things like auctions. We just ask for a good line of communication and are more than willing to work with you!
Shipping
We offer 1-Day shipping and a lot of times this actually ends-up being same-day shipping! We ship every day except on Sundays when USPS is closed and US Federal Holidays. We are located on the East Coast so payment needs to be made prior to about 4pm EST in order to have the item shipped same day.
To receive combined shipping all items must be paid together. If you pay for each item separate and then request the combined shipping cost difference refunded, this cannot be done.
In order to receive combined shipping on multiple items, please contact us and we will send you the combined invoice with adjusted shipping costs.
Not all items can be shipped overseas due to United States ITAR (
International Traffic in Arms Regulations). This includes helmets, communication items, optics, body armor, IR items, etc. Please do not bid on these items and then ask to change the shipping address to overseas. All bids on ITAR items by overseas bidders will be canceled!!
Within the United States, we offer shipping with only USPS and FexEx services. Most packages ship via USPS Priority and single lightweight items, such as unit t-shirts or hats generally ship via USPS First Class (must be under 1 pound). Some of the larger, heavier items (such as large ruck packs) may be shipped via FedEx in the United States.
International Bidder Shipping Info

Priority Mail and USPS First Class Mail are the only methods used for international shipping. On rare occasions we may use USPS Express Mail if its a time sensitive item and requested by the buyer. Additonal charges will apply. Please contact us if this is needed before paying for the item(s). All USPS Priority Mail International items are sent overseas with full insurance.
