International - Shipped USPS International Priority Mail or USPS First Class International. We will not mark as a gift in any circumstance. Shipping cost does not include import taxes, duties or brokerage fees. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your customs office to determine what additional cost may apply.

We will combine shipping the best we can. For a combined shipping price, place all desired items to your cart. When viewing your cart, click the request a shipping button. That allows us to send you an invoice with combined shipping. All items will be packed into the same box if allowed. RETURN POLICY
All returns must be authorized by Military Steals & Surplus within 30 days of receiving your item. You must call or message Military Steals during office hours to get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number). Returns must be returned in original condition. Buyer pays return postage. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

This applies more so with overseas sales which are almost always shipped using the priority flat rate.

I accept returned items as per Ebay rules. If it is my fault (ie I did not describe the item properly and it actually had tears or missing parts) I will refund shipping but if it is not my fault return shipping will not be refunded.
