This type of "Budyonovskaya" hat entered the uniform of the Red Army during the Russian Civil War and later.
Named in honor of Semyon Budyonny, the Bolshevik commander.
Red Star fabric with hammer and sickle metal badge. The hat is colored as in the photo.
Made from wool with inner lining.
Excellent quality.
