This is a cast replica of a  M23595/3-3  pilot oxygen mask amplifier. It is used on U.S Navy MBU-14 and MBU-23 series oxygen masks. Amplifier, orange rubber spacer and screws are included as shown.  Oxygen mask is not included.  Round corner version of the amp is also available by request. This item is for display only.  Condition is "New". Here I have a Romanian M73 Helmet up for sale. This is, of course, military surplus and as such, signs of use will be present. However, overall, the condition of this helmet is quite nice and one of the best I’ve seen of this model.
The liner seems to be in next to mint condition, with the leather looking fresh and clean. In fact, a yellowish powder applied by the factory to protect the metal loops is still present (see photos). In terms of the exterior finish, there are signs of use (most likely due to storage) since some of the paint is scraped. Also, there looks to be a small rust spot on the front rim of the helmet (see last photo).
This helmet was produced in 1986 and thus is a product of the Cold War. Please allow 1-3 for shipping as I do work most days of the week. Shipment will be via USPS and includes tracking, options are available based on how quick you would like the item.
