U.S. military M13 portable decontaminating apparatus (practice) No Chemicals, 14 liter, NSN: 4230-01-345-5172, MFR: All-Bann Enterprises, Inc., includes a removable 14 liter plastic jerry can and Metal holder ONLY.   instructions for use are stamped on side of stowage compartment, new old stock in original box. Measures 14" wide x 19" tall x 7" thick out of the box. We have a large quantity of these available.  All accessories were removed several years ago when brass was at high price as scrap. The packing boxes do show some wear and stains but the unit inside is in great shape.
The plastic can is equipped with a male quick connection fitting this may be able to be removed and retro fit but a special spanner wrench is required to fully remove the fitting.
