The material is
clear
to help you see where things are inside. To seal, simply twist, fold over, and use a rubber band. Or for a loose seal just fold over several times. They measure 20 x 36 inch and fit most lightweight backpacks, but the length can be cut down if necessary. Use one for all your gear or two to separate your sleeping bag/quilt and clothes from your food/smellables and wet gear.
