    The unique blade design provides you with two separate cutting edges.  The 1st edge with the "wing" blade cuts the hide and first set of ribs.  Then second with the "main blade" opens in the body cavity cutting through internal organs.  Angled shots are no problem.  The tip of the head enters the animal before the wing blades impact.
