Return Policy:
Items may be returned within 30 days of the sale date for a refund,

We cannot accept a returned item that cannot be resold as new.  For items that are shipped under our free shipping program,
the actual shipping cost will be deducted

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from us,

3) All items must be unused with tags attached/boxes intact. Product boxes must be free from shipping tape or writing directly on it.
4) A tracking number is required for all returns and exchanges. Please keep you and I safe by sending a tracking number.
5) After 30 days the item may not be returned for a refund but possibly for an exchange only. The same requirements above still apply including having tags attached and original boxes it was sent with.
6) Please allow up to seven to ten business days for returns/exchanges to be processed. We value each customer and will process returns in the order that we receive them!
Within the US:
we ship with USPS or UPS, insured with tracking for the stated fee.  USPS will be primarily used, we ship to only a confirmed addresses on ebay only.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
we ship with USPS PRIORITY or EXPRESS MAIL for the stated shipping fee (Express may cost extra). Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. This
JanSport Scout External Frame Lightweight Blue Hiking Camping Backpack
is in a gently used, good, previously owned condition.
It shows minimal signs of use and wear. The outer and inner bag is clean and does not
have any stains, tears or damage. It has been gently and carefully hand cleaned. It has some small, minor, hardly noticeable set
in spotted markings and snags in the material due to normal use, wear and handling.
The entire heavy duty, sturdy bag inside and out is intact with no separation in the threading or material and is very strong. The
panels, edging, trims and corners have minimal scuffs, scrapes, scratches, marks and nicks due to normal use, wear and handling.
It has multi pockets with zipper closures. It has a roomy inside bag body with a double slide zippers closure. The outer backside's paddings are in good condition with no tears or damage. On the back of the backpack, the padding for the lower back has an attached strap with a plastic buckle to go around the waist. The plastic snap and lock with side release buckle has a broken top piece. The plastic buckle still locks into place. It just doesn't have the top plastic piece that keeps the strap in place from sliding out (picture #11). You can sew the waist strap, around the plastic buckle, into place once you have adjusted it to the size you have found comfortable to your fitting. This minor flaw does not affect the quality and style of this brand backpack. The durable p

are in good condition with no shredding or tearing. T
he
lighting of the camera's flash may make the bag appear as if it has discoloration, but it does not have any discoloration. The berry blue and smokey grey canvas colors are dark and non-faded. The external frame is in good holding condition with no breakage or damage. Overall, this multi-use backpack is in a good used condition and still has potential for use. Don't let this reasonably priced JanSport Scout camping / hiking backpack get away.
