Condition is "Used", Kit includes all that is shown, looks like hardware, mounts, dust cover, cleaning brush, battery is included, glass on sight looks pretty clean, red dot is clear (pictures could not capture actual dot clarity, sight can vary dot intensity, case lid is cracked as shown, left screw on battery cover just turns, does not tighten down, looks like mount bracket has a screw in base as shown.
Selling as I found it without cleanup.
