Condition is "New".   Coyote Tan, holds 10x12 ballistic plates.  Comes with pontoon set for comfort, upgraded cummerbund and original cummerbund.  Carrier only, no ballistic plates included.  Will only ship within the Continental US.  This setup would cost 0 to recreate through HRT's website.
