We deliver to
PO Boxes and military addresses
via U.S. Postal Service.
Our packages are fully insured. We may utilize signature required. In accordance with PayPal and eBay policies, we cannot reroute your package to a different address or hold your shipment at the local hub for pick up, your order must be delivered to the confirmed PayPal address that was provided during your checkout.
We are required to collect Missouri State sales tax when ship to address is in Missouri.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Delivery charges only cover the cost of shipping. We offer combined shipping, commit to purchasing items and request an invoice. If you would like to find out combined shipping fee prior to making a purchase, then please contact us by utilizing ebay messaging system.
Please check your local laws, rules and regulations in regards to possible restrictions imposed on goods imported. Import duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are buyer's responsibility.
We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.
REJECTED SHIPMENTS
If shipment is being rejected, then upon arrival back to our facility the full refund for the merchandise will be given back to original method of payment minus shipping charge paid during the checkout. In event that the free shipping was offered then we will deduct the actual shipping cost that was incurred by us.

When bidding on multiple items, if possible please combine all the items into a singular, total payment when you are done bidding. You are allowed 4days time period to combine purchases before an unpaid item case will be opened.
In order to protect our valuable customers from unauthorized activities we will only dispatch the merchandise to confirmed ship to address that was provided during the checkout process.

Returns
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained for any return. To obtain an RMA number for a refund follow these steps: Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu. Select the reason for the return. All returns require an RMA# on the label. If an item is returned to our facility without a RMA# it will be refused.
All returns must be in brand new condition and be packed with all contents which came with the original package including all the tags (if applicable). Retail box cannot be used as a shipping box.
A trackable and insured shipping method is strongly recommended, as we are not responsible for merchandise that has not reached our facility.

We respond to all questions, so PLEASE ask them BEFORE purchasing. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours to receive a response from us depending on when you e-mail us but we will respond to you.
We do COMBINE SHIPPING whenever possible, so PLEASE PLEASE ask BEFORE paying if you are purchasing more than one item from our store. We will be happy to determine your combined shipping charges and send you a new invoice and if you have any questions about this please ask.
We try to be as fair as possible when determining shipping and handling charges. If you feel that you would rate us under 5 stars on shipping and handling charges please ask us about the rate as we may have made a mistake.
We usually ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays when possible. Most all our listings state that your item will be shipped within 3 business days of your payment, please note that this does not count Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
We try to ship as soon as possible after payment is received.
When we ship your item the tracking or confirmation number will be uploaded to Ebay for your convenience, if your item is shipped via USPS you will also receive an e-mail from Ebay containing this shipping information. Please note that we can ship FedEx five days a week so if you need your item in a hurry we can provide a quote for FedEx 2Day or Overnight delivery to most locations in the United States, just ask us!

First Class Mail shipping time is anywhere from 25-35 business days and can be very slow with no tracking available, but it is very reliable.
Priority Mail is anywhere from 6-10 business days with tracking available.
When you receive your parcel, please look it over for damage or tampering, and check the contents to ensure that your goods have arrived safely and correctly. If there are any problems with your order please let us know immediately so we can resolve them.
If you do not see your country listed it does not mean that we will not ship there, please ask us for a rate quote. Also if you would rather upgrade to Priority Mail we can provide a quote for that shipping method as well.
