Fantastic Antique c1870 Brass James W. Queen & Co. Surveyor Compass Instrument

Beautiful double sided piece of surveying equipment. Please ask any additional questions this was part of the state I do not have a lot of information on this piece it does seem to be functioning
Pressure tested with seal bags and air pressure you will see where the dial was and then the pressure upon the dial it does seem to be functioning properly the compass side is definitely moving for me and I believe it is accurate also Vintage Steampunk Allen Condenser Meter Tester Gauges Automotive Industrial Age Display
