We accept Credit/Debit card payments - which are processed by eBay.
Shipping Instructions:
We mostly use USPS for our shipping.  We offer FREE SHIPPING within the USA (unless stated)!  All orders are processed and shipped within (1) business day.  If you purchase an item and your payment clears by 3:30 pm EST, your order will ship same day.  Exceptions are:
If an item is purchased over a weekend, your package will be shipped the following Monday.
NOTE:
When placing an order during the following holidays, you may incur a delay from the normal processing/handling times.  (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).
Returns & Exchanges:
If you are not happy or think your item is defective, please message us first before opening a return.  In most cases, we can help you resolve your issue before sending the item back.
If you would like to exchange your item, please open an “Exchange or Replace Item” which you will find in Returns.  If you would like a refund for your item, please open a “Return”.
There will be no restocking fee if an item is returned and found to be unopened and/or unused.  A 20% restocking fee will be charged for any item that has been opened and found to be in "slightly" used condition.  At that time the item may no longer be sold as a "new" item.

We do COMBINE SHIPPING whenever possible, so PLEASE PLEASE ask BEFORE paying if you are purchasing more than one item from our store. We will be happy to determine your combined shipping charges and send you a new invoice and if you have any questions about this please ask.
We try to be as fair as possible when determining shipping and handling charges. If you feel that you would rate us under 5 stars on shipping and handling charges please ask us about the rate as we may have made a mistake.
We usually ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays when possible. Most all our listings state that your item will be shipped within 3 business days of your payment, please note that this does not count Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
We try to ship as soon as possible after payment is received.
When we ship your item the tracking or confirmation number will be uploaded to Ebay for your convenience, if your item is shipped via USPS you will also receive an e-mail from Ebay containing this shipping information. Tracking information should be available within approximately 24 hours after shipping on either USPS.com or FedEx.com for shipments within the United States.
Please note that we can ship FedEx five days a week so if you need your item in a hurry we can provide a quote for FedEx 2Day or Overnight delivery to most locations in the United States, just ask us!
If there are any issues with your order upon receipt PLEASE let us know as soon as possible so that we can fix the problem. We pride ourselves on great customer service and can only help you if you ask us.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
We ship ALL items via the United States Postal Service via either First Class or Priority Mail, please note the expected delivery times for each method and keep in mind that we have no control over customs delays. You the customer will be responsible for any customs fees due at the time of delivery.
First Class Mail shipping time is anywhere from 25-35 business days and can be very slow with no tracking available, but it is very reliable.
Priority Mail is anywhere from 6-10 business days with tracking available.
When you receive your parcel, please look it over for damage or tampering, and check the contents to ensure that your goods have arrived safely and correctly. If there are any problems with your order please let us know immediately so we can resolve them.
If you do not see your country listed it does not mean that we will not ship there, please ask us for a rate quote. Also if you would rather upgrade to Priority Mail we can provide a quote for that shipping method as well.
