This is an extremely rare Harris Assault Vest LBV, made by Eagle Industries. These types of vests were very popular within the special forces community.
The Harris Assault Vest
was designed in the early 90's by a Special Forces Colonel, Robert Harris, as a replacement and upgrade to the Y suspenders or the LBV-88.

fastex
buckles are dated 1993
and all belt loops are still attached.

The large removable ALICE pouch is still with the vest, which is rare as
they are usually lost.

It features 4 double mag pouches on the upper vest body and on each side of the vest there are 2 knife/mag pouches, 2 lower small grenage pouches & 2 lower large accessory pockets with plenty of ALICE webbing all over.  The vest adjusts with 6 side sliders and two front fastex buckles.
