    _gsrx_vers_859 (GS 7.0.21 (859)) Very old meter made by OTTO FLEMMING PHILADELPHIA great for display in the collection. The pointer moves easily and rests on 0. Great Mahogany case, notice the hand carved inside back panel. It is hinged and I think the large brass knurled nut will set it on zero. The insides are really early and the pieces are hand filed. Really something to see. The base measures about 3 1/8" X 5 1/8". There no screws for the back panel.  Check out the photo's for condition.
