Description
This is a colour postcard of Bali, Indonesia. It shows a beautiful view of the cremation of the Poenggawa van Singaradja (= Pungawa of Singaraja). This postcard was published by the K.P.M. = Koninklijke Paketvaart Maatschappij = Royal Dutch Packet Company in the 1920s. So it is about 90 yearsOLD.
This kind of postcard used to be on top of the first class menu. A first class passenger could tear it off and send it away. This postcard is shown in the book INDONESIA 500 Early Postcards by Leo Haks and Steven Wachlin on page 223. However some brown aging on the back it does not affect the picture on the front side (see scan) and it is still a great collectible. Condition: good. This postcard should be in every Balinese or Indonesian collection. Buyer pays $ 3.00 for handling and worldwide shipping. Buyer of multiple items can save on shipping. Buyer of multiple items must wait for the invoice. Buyer must make his payment within 14 days. Please take a look in my

Share Our Strength ~ No Kid Hungry
It's heartbreaking to me that one in every seven children in our country does not get enough to eat, so for every sale I make between .00 and .00 (about half of my listings), I donate 10% to No Kid Hungry.
Returns
It's extremely important to me that every buyer is happy with their purchase, so I go to great lengths to represent each item I'm selling as accurately as possible in my description and pictures.
If you are uncertain about the condition, origins or age of any item, please ask questions before purchasing, because ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
My Goal
I love finding treasures and passing them along to others who will love them as much as I do, and your happiness with your purchase is important to me. Therefore I'm asking that you please contact me directly with any concerns, and allow me the opportunity to correct any problems or mistakes.
Because positive feedback is crucial to buying and selling on eBay, any kind words you might be willing to send will be very much appreciated, and I will reciprocate.

I use Priority Mail and First Class Mail almost exclusively.
All items are very carefully packed (often reusing packing material to lessen the impact on our environment and to save money) and in most cases will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment. When possible, I am happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases.
