Army Gentex SPH-4 Pilot Helicopter Flight Helmet Color Change Paint Mic Reg SG

We received this extremely unique version of an update/newly painted, Vietnam era, pre-owned, authentic, US Military, Army, Gentex Corporation, SPH-4, DSA 100-71-C-1457, rotary /helicopter pilot helmet. This helmet is the coolest SPH we have ever seen! The helmet displays a changing 'metallic look' main color (going from green to copper to dark purple depending on the angle it is viewed at), with a shiny black visor cover, smoke lens (with color changing knob), and what appears to be a new/newer interior straps, foam, ear-cups and chin strap (with a double 'D' chin strap, as opposed to snaps). In addition the helmet displays an 'Electro-Voice, Inc' M-87/A1C, dynamic boom microphone (which appears original with a date of 'Aug 72), as well as the aircraft plug attachment. NOTE: We have NOT tested any of the audio components and have no idea of their working order; you are buying 'as is'. The helmet displays the size 'Regular'. Please see our other military listings. This Vintage Chinese Communist Party CCP Green Mao Red Star Hat Cap is in very good condition overall and only shows modest signs of age and storage. I cannot locate any tags, stamps or markings of any kind on this cap but the size appears to be between 7 1/4" and 7 1/2". No rips, tears or holes can be found and it looks as if this cap might never have been worn. Please examine the photographs carefully for the best description of condition.
