Antique SOLAR Eyepiece Telescope Cap Germany Pat 1906 Part for Parts Repair
This is a thin brass Solar eyepiece for use with a monocular telescope.  It is embossed on the side "U.S. Patent April 24 1906  GERMANY".  Measures 3/4" diameter in the shaft.

The glass filter is in good condition. Made in France in the 1800’s.
It shows some signs of prior use. No dents, no dings. Small scuff marks. See pictures for detailed sizes.
Element is in very good condition. No scratches, no cleaning marks, no fungus, no haze, no separation. Image is clear. Thread in good working condition.
