Very old meter made by OTTO FLEMMING PHILADELPHIA great for display in the collection. The pointer moves easily and rests on 0. Great Mahogany case, notice the hand carved inside back panel. It is hinged and I think the large brass knurled nut will set it on zero. The insides are really early and the pieces are hand filed. Really something to see. The base measures about 3 1/8" X 5 1/8". There no screws for the back panel.  Check out the photo's for condition. Vintage Stanley number 3308 surveyor tripod 50" legs. Looks Complete?. Underside says patented 8-24. Good wooden non-adjustable oak legs with metal shields at the bottom. Made for transit or a level definitely not a tripod for a camera. All parts seem to be there. Tripod base only no top instrument.
